A N E M P L O Y E E - F O C U S E D C U LT U R E SiteCompli looked for open-minded, collaborative, and kind candidates who also held themselves and their co-workers to high standards. Their culture fostered growth and learning potential; the company provided education opportunities and networking through sister companies for continued development . SiteCompli offered a multitude of ways for employees to expand their networks and cultivate new skills (even outside of their job functions)! Ultimately, they needed a product that allowed the people who understood their culture best—their employees— to submit quality referrals. Over the last year, SiteCompli has more than doubled in size. Since using Greenhouse, referrals have increased, helping with sourcing and finding great candidates to bring on board. SiteCompli was even named one of 2014 Crain's "Best Places to Work in New York City."
